You have launched your startup, and have initial traction in core metrics (i.e. month-over-month growth in revenue, users, etc.)
Your business is a tech or tech-enabled startup
You have a business model that can be explained in 30 seconds or less
At least one founder is technical
You are focused on a Pan-African problem
You have a team with the relevant background given the problem you’re trying to solve
Founders have known each other for 6 months or more
