Why Ingressive Capital Invests in Women-Led Startups

Somebody recently asked me, why do you invest in women? 40% of our fund 1 is female founded or co-founded businesses. Why?

I said, you don't ask me why I'm investing in men. Why are you asking me why I'm investing in women? It's not about gender. It's about the top performing companies that we can find in the industry.

And almost 50% of them happen to be female. On fund 2, it will likely be that 50 percent of them are female. So once again, we are not a female investment firm. We invest in the best of the best businesses in the world. And half of them are women.
