Ingressive Capital invests $100k to $200k checks into Pre-Seed to Seed startups, as well as provide follow-on funding with our own investor base, who run some of the leading funds in the world. We seek for post-launch founders with a great product, solving a big problem, and work with them on ways to grow and scale through business development, partnerships, and financial support.
In other words, tech-enabled startup founders with great products solving vital problems in Africa are the reason why we do what we do.
What we offer:
Ingressive Capital (IC) serves as a “feeder fund” for African technology companies. 80% of our limited partners run later stage investment vehicles. 20% run Africa’s traditional billion-dollar industries.
Through Ingressive Capital’s network of limited partners (investors in their fund) including those who runs Y Combinator, Techstars, WTI and over 20 other top funds and accelerators, they help companies get follow-on funding from abroad.
Also, given that about 20% of our limited partners run the energy, banking, telco, and shipping/logistics sectors across Africa, we can provide business development, partnerships and guide companies to major contracts and business opportunities.

Your valuation is $250k to $2M (we will go up to $7.5M opportunistically, but target earlier stage, and to be one of the first cheques into the company)
