Across Africa, Fin-tech is disrupting the way customers access traditional financial services, with a few focused on security which is most paramount to customers.
One of such start-ups actively bridging the gap in terms of security is Ingressive Capital’s latest investment, Vesicash.
Vesicash is a digital escrow payment system built to prevent digital fraud and dispute. Aigiomawu Ehiaghe, Ibrahim B. Oladele, and Tomisin Adeshiyan founded the start-up in May 14, 2018 and according to Ibrahim, the investment will help Vesicash in its mission to empower Nigerians with a safe, secure, and transparent way of carrying out digital transactions without fear of being defrauded.
Speaking to Uwem Uwemakpan, who runs Ingressive Capital’s Fund operations, he said that “using tech to solve everyday problems of people is at the core of what Ingressive Capital hopes to achieve with its investments.
