Some 4 years ago Maya Famodu had the vision to impact the African Tech ecosystem, this birthed Ingressive Capital, a $10 million Nigeria-based Venture Capital targeting tech-enabled startups in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and Egypt.
The last four years has seen this dream by one person become a mission and vision of a team that has grown and works together to make a difference, inspire, and empower Tech Founders in Africa.
Their work as a team has shown significant results in the number of portfolio companies now under Ingressive Capital across various tech industries.
It has also led to growth in the community, as Ingressive Capital boosts of over 15,000 community members who have been impacted through events, content, fund and more.
As is the dream of every investor, Ingressive Capital has also had the opportunity of grooming a portfolio company Paystack and watching the company go to greater things.
This off course is the first of many more exits to come for the team.
