Ingressive Capital is a Pan-African $50 million Fund II venture capital firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. We back bold, innovative, and visionary pre-seed and seed-stage tech startups solving high-impact problems for Africa’s internet generation.

We offer equity funding — typically targeting around 10% ownership in the companies we invest in.

We invest between $100,000 and $500,000 in pre-seed and seed-stage startups. Our goal is to support bold, innovative founders solving high-impact problems with scalable solutions.

We fund tech-enabled African startups. We are concerned about the ecosystem as a whole and our sister company Ingressive for Good provides resources to help budding founders succeed.

Tech-enabled companies leverage technology to deliver their products or services more efficiently — making them better, faster, and more cost-effective. They also use proprietary technology to enhance their offerings.

We are sector-agnostic but focus on tech or tech-enabled startups building:

  • Globally scalable solutions.
  • Solutions that contribute to closing Africa’s GDP gap by enabling native industries (like agriculture and logistics) or empowering human capital (for example, jobs and education).

We are Pan-African — with a key focus on Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Ghana, and Nigeria.

Yes, we invest in pre-seed and seed-stage startups that have:

  • Launched a product,
  • Demonstrated traction (revenue, active users, partnerships), and
  • Validated market demand through real-world adoption.

Our investment process typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks — depending on various factors.

Beyond financial backing, we provide mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to our extensive networks to help our portfolio companies overcome challenges and scale.
