Meet the Team: Anthonio Pinheiro

Hi, my name is Anthonio Pinheiro. I am the Chief Operating Officer here at Ingressive. I'm here to share a bit more about myself.

“Antonio, why do you like working at Ingressive?” It's actually a hard question for me to answer because I’ve worked in a number of different places. What drives me to a place are two things.

One is a vision. At this point in my life, I am all about impact. Of course, money is important. Don't make me say it. But it's about the impact that we're making, and the team. My ex teams are probably going to get very jealous when they hear this, but I love my team at Ingressive.

Bisola, who I work with closely on finance, is very sharp, intelligent, and looking to grow more. Tito, Vanessa, and Ini on the marketing team, come up with different crazy ideas. Despite my very firmness, they step up to the plate of what I need them to do. Nela, oh she's out right now, for the support team, just working with the different founders and helping them grow their businesses.

That's so cool. And obviously. Yeah, working with her [Maya]. Yeah, so working with Maya as well has also been really fun. Um, it's pushed me. It's very, it's new. I'm used to building businesses, but this is a different aspect. So yeah, I love it. That's why I love it.
