Tito is a multidisciplinary designer with expertise at the intersection of visual and motion design. He is the design director at Ingressive Capital, a $10 Million VC fund targeting early-stage startups across Sub-Saharan Africa’s key tech markets.

Tito’s passion lies in helping contemporary brands define their visual voice through his specialization in identity systems design, visual design, brand research and strategy, and motion graphics design.

Tito’s work spans various industries, including technology, FMCG, and social impact. He has contributed to the success of numerous brands. By leveraging his knowledge of visual storytelling, strategic mindset, and dedication to simplicity and distinctiveness, he helped brands achieve significant year-over-year increases in engagement, totaling over 120%.

Prior to joining the fund, Tito was the Head of Design at Ingressive for Good, a non-profit EdTech organization focused on increasing the earning power of African youths. Leading a team of three designers, he developed and implemented design strategies that resulted in a compelling and visually appealing brand identity, including a logo, visual tone, motion design language, and other key elements.
